PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia is a company that runs in an insurance business. To support Aliianz Life growth aspirations for agency business and to compete with aggressive Indonesian Insurance competitors, it is proposed to have an online robust access for agency team regarding the agents contracting and licensing process. Agent must have a license before they can start selling the product and in order to obtain the license they need to first obtain an agent code (An agency code is a set of unique number where it is produced by Allianz once an agent is registered). Agency Administration System (mobile responsive), will provide agency of PT Allianz Life with the ability to perform recruitment, contracting and licensing activities online. This system will automate the agent recruitment process and make the recruitment process easier, besides also automating the agency licensing process and increase the agent data quality. This Project will increase the agent contracting and licensing process performance & this initiative aligns with the group initiative to automate manual processing.

Langkah-langkah Instalasi dan Penggunaan Aplikasi ACL :

1. Buka situs untuk download aplikasi ACL pada browser iPad/iPhone
2. Tekan tombol "Install"
3. Muncul menu untuk install aplikasi ACL
4. Tekan "Install"
5. Proses instalasi akan berjalan
6. Aplikasi ACL akan muncul di halaman iPad
7. Masuk ke Settings
8. Pilih "General"
9. Pilih "Profiles & Device Management"
10. Pilih "Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia, PT"
11. Pilih "Trust Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia, PT"
12. Muncul menu untuk konfirmasi
13. Tekan "Trust"
14. Aplikasi ACL sudah dapat digunakan

Langkah-langkah Instalasi dan Penggunaan Aplikasi ACL :

1. Buka situs untuk download aplikasi ACL pada browser Android
2. Tekan tombol "Install on Android"
3. Anda akan mengunduh aplikasi android.
4. Sekarang masuk "Settings -> Applications".
5. Beri tanda centang pada “Unknown sources”.
6. Atau untuk Android 4.0 keatas silakan masuk Settings -> Security.
7. Gulir kebawah dan beri tanda centang pada “Unknown sources”.
8. Pilih OK ketika ada peringatan keluar.
9. Pilih ACL.apk yang sudah di download dan akan muncul popup install.
10. klik install dan proses install Android APK di ponsel Android secara manual sedang berjalan.
11. Aplikasi ACL sudah dapat digunakan.
